This made me cry. I’m now 50 and lived the same life as this girl, I’ve never really thought about what I went through until listening to this podcast and realising how young and vulnerable I was. I have so much empathy and thank you so much for your honest conversation. ❤
Yes so immensely upsetting She undervalu es herself so extremely immensely much so + yet she's so completely stunningly beautiful plus immensely intelligent too
I’ve never commented before but wanted to say what a brilliant episode this is. Such an articulate and completely honest and open conversation, everyone can learn so much about addiction here, thank you.
She's beautiful and looks like she could easily lead a metal band with those looks :) Mad props to her for being so self- aware and fair with people as well. It's a type of wisdom we can all aspire to 🙏
As a person also in recovery, found so much I could relate to. Loved Georgina's honesty and ability to communicate with such clarity and wisdom. James you did a sterling job asking such meaningful questions and you sound like a brilliant dad to your own daughter in the way that you seek rightly to protect her from all the risks that are out there for young people these days. It is great to hear Georgina speak with such obvious reference and gratitude to 12-step fellowships, whilst they are not for everybody, here is a clear example of people who it has worked for. Thankyou both. Brilliant ❤
Fair play to her. She admitted to some things I would have left out of the story if I was telling it. Hopefully, her honesty will help someone else from making the same mistakes.
@zakibbott I'll take her on face value. She seems believable. The part I was referring to was the bit when she said she wanted to be a rock stars girlfriend. Out of all the things she said, eh 🤦♂️😆 I honestly don't think she would make this story up, I could be wrong? But it's not doing her any favours admitting to the things she did. I also find her story's quite believable, I've seen people do some messed up stuff for drugs.
@zakibbott Try it, give people a chance. It's not fair to lable everyone because we've spoken to untrustworthy people. By adopting that way of thinking, you're letting the liars you've come across Change your way of thinking and who you are. You give someone the benefit of doubt ,and they turn out to be untruthful. That doesn't make me nieve or stupid. That's a poor reflection on them. I refuse to change who I am and be distrustful of people because of a few rotten apples. Wish you well zakibbott 👍
Georgina looks great at 38, her telling her story may help a young girl going through it now. She was clearly a lost young women who sadly was taken advantage off. James - you are the most relatable person on the Internet. You would be the type of friend I would like. Spiritually emotionally truthfully I relate on all levels. This is how we change the world one little act at a time ❤
Wish Georgina all the best ❤ addictions are shit , constant day in day out battles & it takes one person to turn that around & that’s yourself . She’s got that strength within now & knows her worth in life . Really positive watching this ❤ isn’t it awful we absorb the media perception about someone & one great , honest podcast we see something completely different ❤ Thanks as always James 🙌🏼

Someone I love has battled addiction their whole lives, I’ve watched nearly 30 years of suffering. I have had to recover from their addictions and the lady saying “the crack of light through the window in the morning makes ya wanna f** die.” I watched that day in day out. Very accurate and very honest. I hope you both stay on the right path, and stay in recovery ❤
Really great interview! There’s always something refreshingly honest listening to someone who can speak with humility. I’m glad she was able to turn her life around while she’s still young, beautiful and optimistic 💗

I myself am currently struggling with addiction and listening to this tonight has given me hope going forward. I'll actually be attending my first anonymous meeting tomorrow night as I have reached my breaking point and need to change my life for my wonderful little girl and I just dont have the strength to do it alone.
The best thing to help yourself is to talk to people. During my struggles I used to say good morning to people on a morning walk and the smiles I got back helped me loads and probably cheered them up as well! I also bought a second hand Apple Watch and set up the exercise rings on it. If I was sat down for too long the watch would beep and tell me to stand up. Great interview and you need these people who are honest and humble about their experiences and taking responsibility for those times rather than blaming others for everything. Any chance of actually getting Russel on James ?
People ask "Why did it take 10 years". From someone who went back to an ex-girlfriend 15 years down the line to apologise for the awful time I put her through, I can say that its likely that he gave another 10 years after that incident before he has recovered enough to truly see the wrong he did. I stood in front of my ex-gf and I had only one thing to say "I'm sorry". That day she gave me one of the greatest gifts one person can give to another - she gave me forgiveness.

What a wonderful woman, and am battling my own similar addiction problems now in my early 20s. I aspire to be at Georgina's current level of self-awareness and and self-respect.
Absolutely amazing girl. Can 100% relate in so many ways. I'm also an adult female with adhd who was diagnosed very late in life (30). Also, interestingly doctors have suggested I may also have PMDD too. I wonder if the 2 are connected. But the honesty of this beautiful woman is admirable. It takes guts to talk about how you went through such self destruction at a young age. X
ADHD is just another name for shit diet. The cause of 99.9% of all health issues is mucus caused by eating cooked foods which are acidic and damaging to all our cells of the body. Start adding astringent fruit like melons, grapes, berries and citrus to pull the mucus out. If you want to truly heal you need to be on at least a 90% raw fruit diet.
Don't get the hate towards her she was very open about her drug abuse and addictions. Good luck to her and her receovery she seems in a better place now.

The main thing is you want to turn your life around do the right thing which is your truth. Keep going be strong. Dont define yourself by your past, you have a future. Focus on you and yes asking for help and support its not a weekness. ❤
I like the girl. She hasn’t had it easy but she is able to own it and isn’t throwing him under the bus because there is pressure and appetite to do so! Keep the vibe high and stay present girl x
So much of what Georgina has said has resonated with me. Apart from the privilege (I come from the absolute opposite) our lives took a very similar path, until by the grace of God, he/she intervened. Fabulous interview James English. I wish Georgina the very best ♥️
Hi James just wanted to say I really enjoyed this podcast I think yourself and Georgina should be really proud of your achievements as many people don’t make it like you both have well done both of you take care and keep doing what you are doing ❤️

I wish to apologise, unreservedly, to Georgina for prejudging her. I am ashamed and will never, ever prejudge anyone again. I first saw her when she was part of Adam Ant’s show in Glasgow, many years ago. Following watching this interview, there is a vulnerability and fragility about her. But, very beautiful. She has faced her many demons and is doing really well. I hope this continues. I am proud of her. Also, well done for having Russell Brand’s back. I too am a Russell supporter. I wish Georgina every happiness for the future 🦋
Great interview, really enjoyed listening to Georgina, she was brutally honest and it was very refreshing to hear someone not blaming everyone else, although she was clearly exploited along the way. She has been through alot and huge respect for coming out the other side, i am goings to check out her art 🎨 i think she would be brilliant doing her own podcast, maybe to help other females with addiction. I wish her really well for the future, and last thing to say, she is very beautiful and articulate, so she deserves to love herself now. Amother great one James, dont hate on yourself so much, you are growing one of the best pods out there, despite still working on your own demons, love to you both ❤ ps. fuck the nasty comments, mostly saddos sitting at home hating on their own life 🤷♂️
Great interview, Georgina seems very level headed and living in reality. It is obvious that she is able to think things through rather than being spontaneous, a sign of true intelligence.

Wow what a story! I have nothing but respect for you Georgina and I wish you all the very best ♥️ .. Well done both of you for putting such an awesome podcast together.
I was 19 years old when the Sachsgate event happened. Although I was intrigued by the scandal, at the same time I heavily criticized Georgina for being dumb enough to bed a guy who was known as a dirty serial womaniser who allegedly used and abused them sexually. Where as now I really admire her for coming clean of herself, admitting what she did to herself was wrong and has changed for the better.

Someone i care deeply about was groomed into the porn industry and became very well known. She deeply regrets it now and is trying to put it behind her . She went through the care system and was abused in nearly every home that they constantly moved her on to. She is a very brave woman and now has a good business that she built from scratch. I'm so very proud of her. She writes and records music as a release.
Watch the movie, I don’t think she was groomed she knew what she was doing alright. Think she needed the doe then realised shit this could be everywhere moment.
The fact that she’s taking responsibility for her own wrongs, and not making out she’s a complete victim, but mostly was but not knowingly was being taken advantage of is true honesty there! Another good podcast James! I’m so glad your helping people talk about these b@stards and bring them down off there high horse! 💯

Also Russell is 100000% being shut down by the media. When you become a problem for the media, they will find anyway to get rid of you. Vile
ADHD is just another name for shit diet. The cause of 99.9% of all health issues is mucus caused by eating cooked foods which are acidic and damaging to all our cells of the body. Start adding astringent fruit like melons, grapes, berries and citrus to pull the mucus out. If you want to truly heal you need to be on at least a 90% raw fruit diet.
good interview james, wasnt expecting to empathise at all with georgie but she came across really well, you really get the best out of your guests
What an inspiration you both are. I applaud ye for your raw, unfiltered honesty.
Don't get the hate towards her she was very open about her drug abuse and addictions. Good luck to her and her receovery she seems in a better place now.
Another great podcast mate. I normally watch these on my nightshift, tonight I am on holiday in Turkey, my missus is sleeping so here I am watching this. 🎉 brilliant again big man👏👏👏👏👏
have a good holiday mate
This young lady has so much strength to go through all of that and come out the other end she should be so proud of herself
Bless her respect the honesty from Georgina.
she looks amazing for 38.
As a sesh gremlin i cant deny people need to hear everything thats been said in this pod.
What an excellent interview... much respect for Georgina, so honest which is a rare quality these days. Lovely to see Georgina moving forward with her life.
Stay strong. You had no guidance in your life
You are a beautiful woman and so much stronger than you think
You are not bitter you have been to bottom and came back up again
Please learn to like your self so much to like❤
I really enjoyed this interveiw❤I really like and respect georgie✨️she spks sence and is vibing high🙏thanks so much James...deffo my fave podcast now!!!! Wishing us all luck on our different healing journeys
❤️❤️
Great podcast . Georgina is a lovely woman. I wish her all the luck she deserves and more ❤
Really enjoyed this. She’s done so well to come out of the other side. A very intelligent & well spoken woman. I wish her well. I wish my 2 brothers could have beaten the addiction 🥹. My one brother took his life in 2011, & the other has been missing since 1996. Tragic 💔
Jesus that's so sad sorry to hear about your brother's Kerry 😢
@@badbassnine That’s very kind of you, thank you 🙏🏻
Why James isn't more mainstream is beyond me.everything he says about addiction is 100 percent, his interview technique is great where as Jonathan Ross.greame nortin excetra come across patronising he is on the interviewees side.good on him and good on her for being honest and winning her battle
I wish James could give me a wee hand the now.always expose what police do to people please
❤️❤️
Aye James, jus when you stopped for a second to say how well she’s doing and thanks for the honesty.
I thought I’d pause for a sec & second that, fair play to the chick
It’s mad in life you’d never think walking past her in the street that she’s been threw rehab etc
Done rehab myself, I can relate to alot to what she’s saying , good guest to have on mate
She should be proud of herself she’s sone amazing to get to where she’s at now 👏 xx
Goood on you babe 👏 XXxx
James your interviews just keep getting better and better. ..
thank you ❤️
Brilliant interview, heartbreaking and honest 😢 wish you both all the strength you deserve after a long and horrible illness - you are both great 🩷🩷
With all the Russell Brand interest at the moment, Jonathan Ross/ BBC needs to be side eyed as well!!!
Great imterview, it was not what i expected at all, i have a lot of respect for her honesty and taking responsibility for her own actions, she was obviously exploited and taken advantage of but still takes ownership of her own actions, very brave girl i wish her all the best with her recovery and the future.
I have so much respect for Georgina for her honesty. I want to give her a hug and say Its Not Your Fault! She has matured into a very balanced and fair lady. Well done for combating your demons witg addiction and stay strong for they future. Lots of love and hugs 💖💞💕Jen Xxxx
I think Georgina has developed a great sense humility and to realise that people have inovertedly abused her. Her heart and soul are in a better place now. Bless her 💕💖Xxx
Im glad Georgie is in a far better position now and realises her own self worth i so wish her the best in everything that she does 💛
Brilliant mate, you do the best podcasts, this girl is so honest and open, and you are truly a great interviewer !
❤️
Great interview, really enjoyed listening to Georgina, she was brutally honest and it was very refreshing to hear someone not blaming everyone else, although she was clearly exploited along the way. She has been through alot and huge respect for coming out the other side, i am goings to check out her art 🎨 i think she would be brilliant doing her own podcast, maybe to help other females with addiction. I wish her really well for the future, and last thing to say, she is very beautiful and articulate, so she deserves to love herself now. Amother great one James, dont hate on yourself so much, you are growing one of the best pods out there, despite still working on your own demons, love to you both ❤ ps. fuck the nasty comments, mostly saddos sitting at home hating on their own life 🤷♂️
❤️❤️❤️
Great interview, Georgina seems very level headed and living in reality. It is obvious that she is able to think things through rather than being spontaneous, a sign of true intelligence.
Georgina you supporfed massive addiction on your own HARD work 💪
I want to say that this strength is exceptional if used for a better outlet.
I enjoyed your words 😊
To add a point 👉
Woman have been exchanged for gold and land
For a son not a daughter 😊 x
Such a remarkable, special, special woman. Absolute respect for her openness and honesty!!!
Wow I had no idea who this young woman was until I watched this and I have got to say I was absolutely hypnotised by this young lady's story and beauty I was completely blown away by her eyes voice and energy.
Love your honesty, keep up good work ❤️xx
Wow what a story! I have nothing but respect for you Georgina and I wish you all the very best ♥️ .. Well done both of you for putting such an awesome podcast together.
❤️
I was 19 years old when the Sachsgate event happened. Although I was intrigued by the scandal, at the same time I heavily criticized Georgina for being dumb enough to bed a guy who was known as a dirty serial womaniser who allegedly used and abused them sexually. Where as now I really admire her for coming clean of herself, admitting what she did to herself was wrong and has changed for the better.
Such a brilliant interview from both of you, James I always love your interviews and find them very interesting. Georgina, such a beautiful woman inside and out, thank you both for your honesty, and humanity. Wishing that you both continue to do very well in your lives and recoveries. X :)
I have not recovered from my drug needs and legal treatment.
I have to remain on medication for Clinical depression.
It kept me functioning for years
Until I became suicidal, from a spinal injury
A nightmare of pain I wanted to end , taking antidepressants
Didn't help physical pain
I nonetheless had to stay on them from addiction to chemical treatment.
Going off these is a bad place to be 😮
Great podcast , she was honest about everything and accepted her mistakes as well as the mistakes of others 👍👍👍
thanks
What an excellent interview!!!
Another lovely person lovely to hear real stories hope these vidios help people go down better paths well done for speaking up xxxall you see in this is a beautiful woman keep the faith xxxxx
It's been many years since Sachsgate and she looks absolutely stunning and she's got a brain and is articulate 10/10.
Totally loved this interview. Love the honesty.
Bless you both, that was an amazing chat. I think it will change many peoples lives. Georgina has a very strong character to stand up for
R B in the face of all this evil. I have great respect for her.
What a lovely lady she is . Enjoyed this video. Wish her so much luck for the future . ❤❤
Loved this episode! James, you're wonderful as always and Georgina, what an inspiration. Huge well done sweetheart you have come such a long way and I wish you all the very best with all your future endeavours!! xx
Well done girl I'm 2 years sober now ❤ I relate to so much u say ❤
Congratulations. So happy for you 💗
She is Beautiful...., and what makes Her more Beautiful is Her honesty... Thank You for sharing...
@@jophillips1881 Like the Rotherham girls? They all enjoyed free booze and kebabs, so by your logic, they knew what they were doing.
Haven’t got a clue who this woman is? But her honesty is seriously impressive…!!!
If you don’t know who she is how do you know she’s being honest ?
@@judex3226why would she lie about being a sex worker. Other than that all she said is she used to shag RB.
Amazing interview. Thank you. I got a lot of help from this
She is so bright and insightful!
The fact that she’s taking responsibility for her own wrongs, and not making out she’s a complete victim, but mostly was but not knowingly was being taken advantage of is true honesty there! Another good podcast James! I’m so glad your helping people talk about these b@stards and bring them down off there high horse! 💯
What a great interview, and I really like Georgina.
Love this podcast!!!
